El Técnico de Manufactura (Turno B) será responsable de operar y mantener equipos de producción, ensamblar componentes y realizar inspecciones de calidad para garantizar la fabricación eficiente y conforme a los estándares de productos médicos.

Responsabilidades del Puesto
* Operar, monitorear y ajustar maquinaria y equipos de producción en un entorno de sala limpia (cleanroom).
* Realizar el ensamblaje manual y automático de componentes siguiendo procedimientos operativos estándar (SOPs) y especificaciones técnicas.
* Llevar a cabo inspecciones visuales y mediciones para asegurar la calidad del producto y el cumplimiento de las especificaciones.
* Documentar con precisión los datos de producción, los resultados de las inspecciones y cualquier desviación o problema encontrado.
* Identificar y solucionar problemas básicos de los equipos o del proceso de producción.
* Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo y supervisores para optimizar los procesos y mejorar la eficiencia.
* Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y organizada, siguiendo las directrices de 5S y las normas de seguridad.
* Adherirse estrictamente a las Buenas Prácticas de Fabricación (GMP) y a los requisitos reglamentarios de la FDA.

Cualificaciones del Puesto
* Grado tecnico o estudiante avanzado ingenieria
* Experiencia previa de 1 a 3 años en un entorno de manufactura, preferiblemente en la industria de dispositivos médicos o farmacéutica.
* Capacidad para leer, interpretar y seguir instrucciones de trabajo, dibujos y especificaciones técnicas.
* Habilidad manual y destreza fina para trabajar con componentes pequeños y herramientas de precisión.
* Atención meticulosa al detalle y compromiso con la calidad.
* Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.
* Disponibilidad para trabajar en el Turno B (horario específico se discutirá durante la entrevista).
* Conocimientos básicos de computación para la entrada de datos y el uso de sistemas de control de producción.
* Capacidad para levantar hasta 25 lbs y permanecer de pie durante períodos prolongados.
