Job Summary

ATL is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in San Rafael, Alajuela, Costa Rica. This role is responsible for developing and implementing efficient logistics systems and methods to optimize traceability, communication, and control of operations. The Logistics Coordinator will manage internal and external logistics activities, including customs processes, interdepartmental relations, and coordination with logistics operators, ensuring compliance with regulations and continuous improvement in transportation, storage, and distribution processes.

Requirements

Technical degree or related field.
University degree in progress.
2 to 3 years of experience in logistics or related areas.
English proficiency (minimum 60%).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to technology.

Responsibilities

Develop new logistics systems and methods of notification.
Analyze efficiency and economics of logistics operations.
Coordinate logistics department activities with other company areas.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate customs transmissions with agencies.
Monitor shipments and cargo in transit.
Maintain documentation control for shipments.
Quote logistics operations and maintain updated reports.
Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
