Job Summary

ATL Medical is looking for advanced university students interested in completing their professional internship across key areas such as Quality, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Data Reporting & Analytics, Industrial Engineering, OPEX, Manufacturing, and other operational functions.

This internship program offers real-world experience within a global medical device organization, allowing students to apply academic knowledge, gain hands‑on exposure, and contribute to meaningful projects.

We seek proactive, analytical, and detail‑oriented individuals eager to learn and work in a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement.

Requirements

Advanced university student in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Production, Quality, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
Availability to work on-site in Alajuela.
Eligibility for internship completion based on university requirements (preferred).
Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel; Power BI, Minitab, or analytical tools are a plus.
Intermediate English (desired depending on the area).
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
