Job Summary
The Occupational Health Manager at ATI Worksite Solutions (AWS) is responsible for the operational leadership and execution of occupational health services at assigned client sites. Working under the direction of the Occupational Health Director, this role ensures that all services are delivered in accordance with AWS standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements. The manager leads clinical teams across multiple locations, supports staff development, ensures consistent workflow execution, and partners with clients to maintain a safe, healthy workforce. The role requires strong leadership, clinical knowledge, and the ability to manage performance in a multi-site, fast-paced environment.

Core Duties:
Site Operations Oversight
Manage day-to-day clinical and administrative operations across multiple onsite occupational health clinics, ensuring alignment with AWS protocols and client standards.
Performance Management
Monitor KPls and clinic performance metrics, identifying trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Provide direct feedback to staff, address underperformance, and implement corrective actions or development plans to ensure clinical and operational excellence.
Team Leadership & Staff Development
Supervise, coach, and mentor clinic staff to maintain high clinical standards. Support ongoing development, certification, and training of providers.
Client Partnership & Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for client site leads, fostering trust and collaborating on health and safety initiatives.
Compliance & Risk Mitigation
Ensure clinic operations follow OSHA standards, medical surveillance protocols, and AWS compliance guidelines. Address safety or quality concerns proactively.
Program Execution & Quality Support
Support the implementation of new occupational health programs and workflow improvements to optimize care delivery.
Talent Onboarding & Clinical Competency
Facilitate the onboarding and orientation of new team members, ensuring consistency in clinical delivery and cultural alignment.
Community & Referral Relations
Build relationships with external providers, referral sources, and specialists to support integrated case management and return-to-work planning.
