Your Main Objective We are looking for a Delivery Specialist Associate to support one of our client’s operations by managing service requests, delivering accurate outputs, and ensuring all tasks are completed according to established guidelines. You will work on tasks of moderate complexity where analysis of data or situations requires attention to detail and sound judgment within defined procedures. To succeed in this role, you should be organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients.

Your Main Responsibilities

• You will manage and process client service requests according to implementation guidelines.
• You will carefully follow instructions and pre-established workflows to perform assigned tasks.
• You will ensure all work meets the team’s minimum accuracy and quality standards.
• You will validate and cross-check information before submission to ensure data correctness.
• You will identify errors, discrepancies, or system issues and take corrective actions as required.
• You will escalate recurring issues or system limitations to your direct supervisor.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills (logic score above 85)
• Have of experience in Travel Agency and have 1 - 2 years of GDS experience
• Knowledge in reservation and ticketing on different providers such as airlines, hotels, and cars
• Excellent communication skills in English (English score B1–B2, good speaking and listening skills)
