About the Role
Atera is actively seeking for a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a fast-growing, global technology company.
The Executive Assistant plays a central role in managing the CEO’s day-to-day operating flow, ensuring priorities, logistics, and execution are handled with precision and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a highly complex and dynamic calendar, prioritizing time based on business and leadership needs
- Proactively plan, protect, and optimize the CEO’s time, including buffers, focus blocks, and rapid adjustments
- Coordinate internal and external meetings end-to-end, including preparation, logistics, and follow-up
- Plan and manage complex international and domestic travel, including itineraries, visas, and last-minute changes
- Support logistics for board meetings, leadership offsites, and executive-level events
- Act as a trusted point of coordination between the CEO and senior internal and external stakeholders
- Handle sensitive professional and personal matters with absolute discretion and sound judgment
- Operate with full ownership to reduce noise, friction, and distractions from the CEO’s day-to-day work
Requirements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO or C-level executive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Demonstrated experience managing complex executive calendars and priorities at scale
- Native-level or near-native English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience working daily in English with senior executives, board members, and global stakeholders
- Experience supporting executives in a global SaaS or technology company
- Hands-on experience working across time zones and with international stakeholders
- High proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and executive-level task or project management tools
- Ability to operate independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems before they escalate
- High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal judgment
- Exceptional reliability, discretion, and attention to detail
This role is designed for someone who has already operated at the executive level within a growth-stage startup and understands what it takes to support a CEO in a complex, fast-paced environment. It is not an entry-level role and requires proven experience, strong judgment, and the ability to operate independently from day one.
