<p>Azienda operante nel settore della Grande Distribuzione Organizzata (GDO) ricerca un/una Addetto/a Accoglienza Clienti / Reception da inserire nel proprio team per garantire un servizio di qualità ai clienti e visitatori della struttura.</p><p><strong>Mansioni principali:</strong></p><ul><li>Gestione degli ingressi e accoglienza clienti presso la sede o il punto vendita;</li><li>Registrazione e coordinamento delle richieste dei clienti, fornendo informazioni sui servizi e sulle procedure aziendali;</li><li>Mantenimento del contatto con la clientela, supporto nella risoluzione di problematiche e gestione di segnalazioni.</li></ul><p><strong>Requisiti richiesti:</strong></p><ul><li>Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali;</li><li>Diploma di scuola secondaria;</li><li>Capacità di prendere iniziativa e risolvere situazioni in modo rapido ed efficiente;</li><li>Attitudine cordiale e professionale verso clienti e visitatori;</li><li>Precisione e affidabilità nello svolgimento delle mansioni.</li></ul><p><strong>Offerta:</strong></p><ul><li>Contratto di apprendistato prorogabile;</li><li>Orario full-time, 40 ore settimanali con eventuali turni;</li><li>Inserimento con affiancamento operativo e formazione retribuita.</li></ul><p>Sede di lavoro: Genova.</p>
