This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors from project initiation to client acceptance. This is an onsite position based out of our Cookstown branch.</span></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;"><span lang="EN-US">If you’re someone who style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;"><span lang="EN-US">Lead construction, installation, dismantling, repair, and renovation projects from estimation through to client acceptance.</span></span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;"><span lang="EN-US">Support the estimating process for all site work, retrofitting, and service work.</span></span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;"><span lang="EN-US">Provide customer support and service call coordination for any issues. </span></span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;"><span lang="EN-US">Coordinate with manufacturing teams to align production timelines with project schedules. </span></span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;"><span lang="EN-US">Monitor and create budgets, schedules, and work-in-progress reports to ensure project efficiency. </span></span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;"><span lang="EN-US">Accountable for maintaining modular building fleet and yards, </span></span><a name="_Hlk161244309"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;"><span lang="EN-US">including remote locations;</span></span></a><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;"><span lang="EN-US"> servicing, inspections, chargebacks, winterization, repairs, maintenance, and modifications, etc. as pertains to the rental fleet.</span></span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;"><span lang="EN-US">Ensure projects and service work are executed safely, efficiently, and within budget.</span></span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;"><span lang="EN-US">Responsible for client site installation and construction support, dispatching, and coordinating transportation.</span></span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;"><span lang="EN-US">Conduct safety inspections and observations.</span></span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;"><span lang="EN-US">Understand client site(s) nuances, restrictions, and project management plan.</span></span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;"><span lang="EN-US">Liaise with Contract Administration on service chargebacks and contract billing</span></span><span lang="EN-US">.</span></p></li></ul><p style="background-color:white;text-align:justify;"><span style="color:black;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;"><span lang="EN-US"><strong>Who You Are: </strong></span></span></p><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;"><span lang="EN-US">Post-secondary education, from a recognized accredited institution, in a related field is preferred, not mandatory.</span></span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;"><span lang="EN-US">5+ years of working experience in equipment servicing, construction, or a project-based role, including budgetary responsibilities.</span></span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;"><span lang="EN-US">Exceptional maintenance and operational project management.</span></span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;"><span lang="EN-US">Knowledge of building codes, particularly building codes that apply to relocatable structures across Ontario.</span></span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;"><span lang="EN-US">Experience executing construction projects, preferably in Ontario.</span></span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;"><span lang="EN-US">Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.</span></span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;"><span lang="EN-US">Strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively to solve complex challenges.</span></span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;"><span lang="EN-US">Experience with Oracle is considered an asset.</span></span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;"><span lang="EN-US">Experience working in unionized environments and previous experience in the modular industry would be
