As a Senior Data Analyst , you will play a critical role in shaping how our organization collects, transforms, and utilizes data. Your work will directly enable data-driven decision-making, empowering leaders and stakeholders with reliable analytics, dashboards, and insights. By designing robust ETL processes and optimizing data movement across modern enterprise platforms, you’ll help drive business performance and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, build, and maintain ETL workflows to integrate and transform data from diverse sources into platforms like SQL Server, Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Organize, manage, and optimize structured and semi-structured data in cloud repositories for performance and scalability.
- Develop and execute complex SQL queries to analyze, extract, and move data across enterprise platforms.
- Create dashboards and ad-hoc reports for leadership using tools such as Power BI.
- Ensure secure and reliable data movement between systems, including legacy and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and deliver robust data solutions.
- Cover EMEA working time with flexibility

What You’ll Bring:
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, reporting, and transformation.
- Experience with ETL development, data pipelines, and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as SQL Server, Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Skilled in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Solid understanding of data governance, quality, and documentation best practices.
- Experience with Python for data analysis or automation and knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) as an adavantage.
Our earns between 3,840 - 5,760 EUR gross / month. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on experience, expertise, and education/training.
This position is hybrid, and you may be expected to go into Bratislava office 2+ days per week.
