Lead Data Analyst – Supply Chain Data Solutions

In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end ETL, processing, and analysis of diverse supply chain data sources. You’ll collaborate across teams, leveraging your technical expertise to ensure data integrity and unlock opportunities that shape the future of AT&T’s operations.

What you’ll do

• Design, build, and optimize ETL processes to collect, cleanse, and integrate large-scale supply chain data from multiple sources.
• Analyze and interpret data using advanced statistical and analytical methods to uncover trends and inform business decisions.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in PowerBI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with business partners to define requirements, deliver actionable insights, and support strategic projects.
• Mentor teammates by sharing best practices in data engineering, analytics, and visualization.

What you’ll need

• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and optimization.
• Expert-level experience in Python for data analysis and automation.
• Hands-on experience with FME for spatial data processing and workflow automation.
• Strong skills in PowerBI for creating dynamic dashboards and visualizations.
• Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehousing platforms.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, ETL, and business intelligence.
• Proven track record managing complex data projects and delivering actionable solutions.
• Relevant certifications in data analysis, engineering, or cloud platforms (required in some areas).
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring peers and driving data-driven decision making.

Compensation

Our Lead Data Analysis earns between $ 130,700 - $196,100 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
