Join AT&T Summer Internship Graduate – Business, a 10-week experience where interns will have the opportunity to hone skills and knowledge through meaningful work. This position offers hands-on experience, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to real-world challenges in a fast-paced environment. As part of the internship, you will also have access to a vibrant cohort network with other interns and AT&T leaders. Our AT&T internships offer placements in functional areas, such as marketing, finance, sales, operations, and tech related roles. This internship is designed for students who want broad exposure to how a Fortune 100 company operates – from strategy and finance to operations, marketing and analytics. Interns will be aligned to a specific team within one of our core business group functions, where they’ll contribute to meaningful work and gain exposure.
Priority consideration will be given to students pursuing Business-related majors.

Wireline/Wireless Center of Excellence

What you’ll bring:
Currently enrolled in a graduate degree program with strong academic standing, graduating between December 2026 and May 2027.
Majoring in Technology, or a related field.
Identified leadership capability – academics, athletics, or extracurricular activities.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Our Internship Program interns earn between $23.17 and $32.41 hourly. Not to mention all of the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education requirements.
