Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Management Representative to play a key role in driving revenue growth within our small to medium business (SMB) segment. This position will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strong relationships with local SMBs, ensuring their satisfaction, and actively identifying opportunities to expand our business within this valuable market. Working collaboratively with our operations teams, the Account Management Representative will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within small to medium-sized businesses. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned SMB accounts.
  • Client Satisfaction: Partner closely with store operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client experiences, proactively addressing any concerns and ensuring client needs are met.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth from the SMB sector by understanding client needs and effectively promoting our products/services.
  • Lead Identification: Proactively identify potential leads and business development opportunities within the SMB market.
  • Service Standards: Maintain a high level of quality service standards in all interactions with SMB clients.
  • Data Management: Accurately sort, organize, and maintain all gathered data related to SMB accounts, including tracking new revenue-generating clients and their contributions.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with internal teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to achieve shared goals.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on account activities, revenue generation, and potential opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
  • Ability to identify and pursue business development opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach.
