JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:
- Drive marketing/campaign analytics to unearth deep learnings, and insights that enable further monetisation of clients as they meet their objectives
- Provide data analysis, insights and trends on Malaysian media consumption and consumer behavior, to tap into forward planning and new areas of monetisation and strategic focus.
- Evaluate / create relevant audience segments understanding with greater potential for monetisation
- AMS lead for media consumption research / media performance attribution tools
- AMS poc for campaign measurement & attribution accountability when dealing with external vendors and internal sales teams e.g. brand lifts etc
- Analyses of performing campaigns across audience segments/business categories to develop playbooks, industry learnings to support sales.
- Compliance and on all finance processes and co ordination etc relating to research / attributions costs
REQUIREMENTS:
Who are you:
- Degree or professional qualification from a recognized higher learning institution
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in management positions in a service related industry.
- Knowledge of SAP and CRM system will be added advantage
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Report writing and presentation skills
- Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese and/or Hokkien will be added advantage
