The role is part of the global O2C team which sits within the Global Finance Services (GFS) & Group Controllers function. The O2C team has two key elements, the design and ownership of global O2C processes and the operational service delivery responsibility.
The O2C team has representation in Cambridge (UK), Warsaw (Poland), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and San Jose (Costa Rica). We are supported by Genpact operating from Delhi (India), Cluj (Romania), Lublin (Poland), Guatemala City (Guatemala) and Uberlandia (Brazil).
