Description

We are looking for a  Team Coordinator for our F1 Evolution team, Aston Martin Aramco Formula One® Team’s TPC/heritage programme.

This role is central to the planning, coordination, and delivery of all F1 Evolution activities, including Demo Events (DE), Testing Heritage Cars (THC), and Testing Previous Cars (TPC) events. Working closely with the Chief Engineer and Chief Garage Technician, you will ensure that events are executed efficiently, travel and logistics are seamlessly coordinated, and the team is fully supported both on and off track.

This is a highly hands-on role, contributing directly to the smooth running of F1 Evolution events and activities and ensuring the team performs consistently and to the highest possible standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and coordinating all F1 Evolution events to ensure efficient execution and operational readiness.
  • Managing all team travel arrangements, including flights, visas (where applicable), airport transfers, hire cars, and accommodation for the core F1 Evolution team and partner staff.
  • Working closely with the Chief Engineer and Chief Garage Technician to manage operational planning, including circuit bookings, contracts, payments, catering, and essential circuit resources.
  • Acting as the key point of contact during events, ensuring schedules are adhered to and tasks are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Creating and distributing detailed travel itineraries and team schedules, ensuring all team members and stakeholders are fully informed.
  • Communicating directly with drivers and driver managers to coordinate event attendance and DIL SIM sessions.
  • Raising purchase orders, processing invoices, managing consumables, tools, and garage equipment, and ensuring goods are received and payment requests initiated via Accounts.
  • Supporting car-related duties before and during events, including fuel management, tyre coordination, and general logistical support.
  • Assisting with garage set-up, car running, and garage pack-down at all F1 Evolution events.
  • Organising, chairing, and attending meetings as required, contributing proactively to discussions and decision-making.
  • Supporting the ongoing development and delivery of F1 Evolution heritage car activities.
  • Working proactively, responsibly, and professionally at all times in line with the company’s reporting structure, Health & Safety standards, and organisational guidelines.
  • Undertaking any other duties aligned to the role that support the overall success of the team.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Strong experience as a Travel and/or Logistics Coordinator, ideally within Formula One™, Formula E, or another high-level motorsport environment.
  • Thorough understanding of Formula One™ operations and the logistical demands of motorsport events.
  • Proven experience planning and coordinating heritage or demonstration events, including F1 Evolution-style activities.
  • Highly organised, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple priorities in time-critical situations.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage positively and effectively with drivers, engineers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and confident in decision-making within a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible approach to working hours and extensive travel requirements.
  • A collaborative team player, able to build and maintain strong working relationships across departments.
  • Clear understanding of and commitment to Health & Safety standards.

This is a full-time role with international travel, based at our Silverstone campus when not attending events.

Please note: the F1 Evolution programme is not part of the current F1 race team. Whilst the position involves supporting events and car running activities on previous and heritage F1 cars, it does not include responsibilities within the live F1 race operations.
