Job Title: Treasury Accounting Analyst

Job Description:

The Treasury Accounting Analyst will manage a variety of treasury-related financial transactions, ensuring accurate processing of payments, reconciliations, and tax obligations. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple financial processes, and a commitment to accuracy in banking and treasury functions.

Responsibilities:

• Process mortgage transactions, including interest and distributions.
• Initiate wire transfers and ensure proper documentation.
• Print and distribute checks, manage township demands, and process recurring payables.
• Scan and deposit funds to banks, handle voids, and initiate stop payments as needed.
• Manage tax payments, including BAIT, e-file, and non-resident payments; bill non-resident partners accordingly.
• Perform bank reconciliations for tenant security and escrow accounts.
• Assist with various administrative tasks to support treasury and accounting functions.

Essential Skills

• Experience in accounting, treasury, or a related financial role preferred.
• Proficiency in banking and accounting software, with experience in QuickBooks and/or Yardi a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling financial data.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks.
• Experience in treasury, accounting, reconciliation, and accounts payable.
• Preferably from a corporate industry

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodbridge, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
