High‑Volume Talent Acquisition for a Large Tech Company!


Key Responsibilities

Candidate & Pipeline Management

  • Source and engage qualified candidates for a diverse range of technical and skilled‑trade roles using multiple sourcing channels and advanced Boolean search techniques.
  • Manage high‑volume pipelines using calls, emails, texting, and creative outreach strategies.
  • Guide candidates through the interview process quickly and efficiently, ensuring a smooth, positive experience.

Partnering With the Business

  • Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to build targeted recruiting strategies.
  • Communicate sourcing plans, data insights, and timelines clearly - both verbally and in writing.

Process Ownership & Improvement

  • Develop and refine recruiting processes to maximize efficiency and ROI.
  • Maintain a high standard of candidate experience throughout all stages.
  • Lead or support initiatives that enhance workflow, collaboration, and operational excellence.

What You Bring

Required

  • 4–8 years of experience in high‑volume recruiting (agency background strongly preferred).
  • Heavy call/email outreach experience.
  • Proficiency with Boolean search strategies.
  • Experience using ATS/CTS systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.

Preferred

  • 4+ years of high‑volume recruiting focused on roles such as:
    • Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
    • HVAC Technicians
    • Electricians
    • Engineering Technicians
  • Advanced ATS/CTS expertise.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military/professional experience.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $54.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
