About this role

Description


The Inside Sales Outreach Specialist is responsible for generating qualified sales meetings for Outside Sales Representatives across the U.S. and Canada. This role requires high-volume outbound prospecting, strong research skills, personalized engagement, and disciplined CRM activity management.

  1. Working multiple campaigns at various stages simultaneously through a combination of personalized emails, phone calls, and social media messaging, the Sales Outreach Specialist will set up a minimum of 10 in person or virtual sales calls weekly.
  2. Assist expanded team of Marketing and Sales to create new effective campaign messaging and supporting assets monthly.

a. 60% of target list will come from mining existing Sugar CRM database.
b. 40% of target list will come from mining Social Media platforms.

Key Accountabilities
• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (phone, email, social).
• Execute multi-step follow-up cadences.
• Research and identify prospects via LinkedIn, other Social Media, and CRM.
• Maintain accurate CRM entries and track activity.
• Collaborate with sales team to align outreach campaigns.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings.
• Work closely with Marketing to provide insights to improve messaging and outreach performance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications


Proven ability to handle large outbound call/email lists.
Technical aptitude. Familiar with terms such as IP addressing, DNS, Cat6, PoE, fiber optics, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, and cloud.
Skilled at LinkedIn and social media prospecting.
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

This is a Permanent position based out of Rockaway, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $55000.00/yr.

They will receive 55k base plus commission. Commission could go up to $11k in this role but then there is opportunity for advancement.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Rockaway,NJ.
