NetSuite Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Consultant to stabilize and optimize a recent NetSuite integration. You will lead data cleanup, configuration, and reporting automation, while establishing lightweight project management for installation workflows. This role requires hands-on experience with NetSuite administration, configuration, and reporting, along with strong data management skills, to drive outcomes against an aggressive timeline.

Responsibilities

  • Audit and clean NetSuite data including items, forms, lists, and records; correct misconfigurations and standardize metadata.
  • Configure roles and permissions, record forms, and transaction rules aligned with current operations and controls.
  • Design Saved Searches, SuiteAnalytics workbooks, and dashboards to replace spreadsheet-based reporting for sales, pricing, item usage, and gross margin by item, customer, and tier.
  • Define and implement process fixes around fulfillment and shipping cost controls.
  • Collaborate with operations to map the ceiling-lift installation lifecycle and implement practical project management cadences with templates, statuses, and KPIs.
  • Create administrative-level documentation and train end users on new reports and processes.

Essential Skills

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in administering and configuring NetSuite, including forms, roles, and transactions.
  • Strong skills in reporting and analytics within NetSuite, specifically using Saved Searches and SuiteAnalytics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data preparation and validation.
  • Experience in replacing spreadsheet processes with systemized reporting and dashboards.
  • A process improvement mindset with the ability to own outcomes in a project-based engagement.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience preferred in Power BI or Tableau.
  • Must have experience in NetSuite.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry is desirable.
Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Owings Mills, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
