Job Title: EstimatorJob Description
We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong ability to analyze technical documents such as drawings, routers, and parts lists. The role involves verification of existing inventory and current quotes, obtaining quotes from customers and vendors, and analyzing engineering and production data. Expert knowledge of manufacturing or machining processes is essential. The candidate will determine the priority of RFQs and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Proficiency in CATIA or other industry-standard modeling software for drafting purposes is required.
ResponsibilitiesThe position involves working in both office and shop environments. In the office, the candidate will work on the phone and computer with clients, while also verifying products and quotes in shop and engineering areas. The role requires setting an example by wearing eye and hearing protection when needed and maintaining an organized and clean work area. The candidate should be adaptable to both environments, ensuring that work aligns with company profit lines.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00/hr.
