
We are looking for a Senior Partnerships Lead with 3-5+ years of experience to help build our Partner programs, processes, and ecosystem to compound our growth. This is a builder role for someone who is relationship-driven, knows how to execute, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity to drive pipeline and revenue through strategic and channel partnerships. As the second hire on the Partnerships team, you will report to the VP of Partnerships and play a critical role in establishing a new growth channel for Assort Health.
What will you be doing?
Design and execute the partner strategy, identifying and qualifying organizations that unlock meaningful growth opportunities.
Source, structure, negotiate, and close net-new channel deals that produce revenue and create pipeline.
Manage the full partner lifecycle, including strategic planning, regular check-ins, and enablement through playbooks, demos, and decks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams like product and engineering to define integration scope, including APIs, data flows, and security requirements.
Nurture your network of partners to generate qualified opportunities and pipeline for our sales team.
