About this role
We’re hiring a Product Manager (3+ years) to take AI agents from 0→1 and ship production-grade healthcare systems with engineering and design. Bonus points for AI agent experience or Python/TypeScript fluency.
What you'll do:
Lead the development of new AI products and features from concept to launch, working directly with the CEO.
Take ownership of the product roadmap for AI agents, translating customer needs into actionable engineering work.
Work closely with customers to understand their workflows, design and present demos, and serve as a strategic advisor on their AI strategy.
Define requirements and prioritize features for new capabilities like proactive patient outreach, agent memory, and omnichannel support (chatbots, two-way texting).
Lead the charge on new 0→1 product workstreams, including referral orchestration and document processing platforms.
Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and operations to ensure we're building the right capabilities to support our rapid growth.
