Agent Software Engineer

What we're looking for?We are seeking a product-minded Software Engineer with 1-5 years of experience, ideally from a high-growth startup or a notable tech company. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, possess strong engineering fundamentals, and have a proven track record of building and scaling production-grade applications. We're looking for someone with a strong background in Python or TypeScript, who is driven, scrappy, and ready to make a significant impact from day one.What you'll do:Develop and implement custom, scalable AI agent solutions for healthcare clients, working closely with Agent Product Managers to translate product requirements into technical specifications.Take ownership of the full development lifecycle for features and products, from initial design and development to testing and deployment.Work closely with founders and a world-class engineering team to make key technical decisions and contribute to our core platform.Build and maintain scalable software solutions that are compliant with HIPAA and other critical security standards.Operate with a high degree of autonomy, tackling complex problems and contributing to a forward-deployed engineering motion.Engage directly with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and tailor software solutions that solve real-world problems.
