
Distribute pool keys
• Administer access to the community properties via gates codes, keys, combinations, etc.
• Answer phone and email inquiries
• Handle walk ins at front desk as needed
• Trouble shoot and research access issues
• Collect information about gates and access as needed, pass to Compliance Inspectors and Managers
• Run activity reports
• Handle scheduling of all systems (holidays, weekends, open hours, reservations as needed).
• Process mail outs
• Maintain inventory of all amenities.
High School or higher
• Detail-oriented, motivated professional
• Excellent Customer Service, and written and oral communication skills
• Must be responsible and able to work in fast paced environment
• Self-directed team player
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
