About this role

 

Servis Operasyon Yöneticisi (Service Admin)
Genel Nitelikler
Endüstriyel Geçiş Sistemleri (Seksiyonel Kapılar, Yüksek Hızlı Kapılar, Yükleme Sistemleri vb.) sektöründe faaliyet gösteren firmamızın Ataşehir Brandium R5'te bulunan merkez ofisinde görevlendirilmek üzere;
  • Deneyim: Endüstriyel Geçiş Sistemleri veya benzeri teknik sektörlerde (Asansör, Otomasyon, İklimlendirme) satış sonrası hizmetler ve servis planlama alanında en az 5 yıl deneyimli,
  • Eğitim: Üniversitelerin ilgili bölümlerinden (Mühendislik veya İşletme/Yönetim) mezun,
  • Teknik Yetkinlik: MS Office programlarına (özellikle Excel) ve ERP/CRM süreçlerine hakim, raporlama becerisi yüksek,
  • Yetenekler: Planlama ve organizasyon yeteneği güçlü, analitik düşünebilen, çözüm odaklı,
  • Tempo: Yoğun çalışma temposuna ve dinamik ofis ortamına uyum sağlayabilecek, stres yönetimi konusunda başarılı,
  • Askerlik: Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış,
  • Konum: İstanbul Anadolu Yakası'nda (Tercihen Ataşehir ve çevresinde) ikamet eden,
"Servis Yöneticisi / Admin" aramaktayız.

İş Tanımı
  • Servis ekibinin günlük, haftalık ve aylık iş planlarının oluşturulması ve koordine edilmesi,
  • Gelen servis taleplerinin karşılanması, sistemde açılması ve ilgili saha ekiplerine yönlendirilmesi,
  • Servis formlarının takibi, sisteme işlenmesi ve müşterilere faturalandırılma sürecinin yönetilmesi,
  • Yedek parça takibi ve tekliflendirme süreçlerine idari destek verilmesi,
  • Müşteri şikayet ve taleplerinin karşılanarak memnuniyet odaklı çözümler üretilmesi,
  • Servis operasyonlarının verimliliği üzerine periyodik raporların yönetime sunulması.

Çalışma Şartları ve Lokasyon
  • Çalışma Saatleri: Hafta İçi 08:30 – 18:00
  • Lokasyon: Brandium R5 Ofis, Ataşehir / İstanbul
  • Olanaklar: Maaş + SGK + Yemek + Yol (Şirket politikasına göre detaylandırılabilir)
