  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Warehouse, Shipping, Quality, and Engineering to ensure on-time delivery and efficient use of resources
  • Estimate and plan production times considering machine availability, backlog, tooling, product complexity, and outside operations
  • Monitor work-in-process, stock levels, and forecasts, maintaining optimal materials and WIP inventory to meet delivery and budget goals
  • Track and analyze KPIs (schedule adherence, on-time delivery, capacity utilization), implementing corrective actions and driving data-based decisions
  • Lead the transition from manual scheduling to ERP/MRP systems, streamlining processes, leveraging technology, and scaling workflows for greater efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement and long-term planning initiatives, including capital projects, capacity optimization, and resource utilization
  • Proactively resolve capacity, supply chain, and scheduling challenges while maintaining customer commitments
  • Contribute to a safe, compliant, and collaborative work environment in line with AADG policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct

  • Demonstrated success leading teams in a fast-paced, unionized manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling systems, ERP/MRP, inventory management, and capacity planning practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools; familiarity with accounting or financial systems an asset
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Exceptional leadership presence with strong decision-making, project management, and change management skills
  • Excellent analytical ability, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
