Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Paie pour rejoindre notre équipe Paie internationale au sein de notre pôle Services Partagés.

En tant que Responsable Paie, vous êtes le(la) référent(e) paie pour la France et jouerez un rôle clé dans la mise en œuvre, l’amélioration et la conformité des processus paie

Il offre également des perspectives d'évolution vers d'autres responsabilités liées à la paie internationale. Le poste est basé à Angers, en France.

 

En tant que responsable paie , vous contribuerez au succès de HID en :

Après une période interne de découverte de notre Groupe et de nos outils, vos principales missions :

  • Piloter et réaliser la paie française pour plusieurs entités : garantir l’exactitude, la conformité et le respect des délais.
  • Être l’expert paie France : conseiller sur les obligations légales et les meilleures pratiques.
  • Encadrer une gestionnaire paie
  • Superviser la mise en œuvre et l’intégration du nouveau système de paie en collaboration avec les équipes IT, RH et les prestataires externes. Dan le cadre de la mise en place d’un nouveau système de paie vous aurez la charge de la gestion projet et la transition de ce système. (Externalisé à centraliser) 
  • Assurer la conformité réglementaire : DSN, déclarations sociales, gestion des absences, relations avec les organismes sociaux.
  • Optimiser les processus : identifier des leviers d’automatisation et d’efficacité.
  • Participer à des projets internationaux liés à la paie et à la compliance.
  • Gérer la comptabilité paie et les processus financiers associés.

Ce que nous apprécierons dans votre parcours :

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un Bac +3/5 en RH, finance ou Comptabilité. Vous bénéficiez d’une solide expérience opérationnelle, 8 ans minimum en paie, en France. Vous êtes à l’aise avec les projets de migration ou d’implémentation de systèmes paie.

Une expérience en gestion de la paie dans plusieurs pays et ou en management serait un atout.

Vous parlez couramment anglais et français.

Vous connaissez les outils paie (Silae, Kelio, ADP…) et le Pack Office (Excel).

Vous avez un bon relationnel et une capacité à coordonner des équipes. Doté(e) d’une bonne communication. Vous êtes organisé(e), proactif(ve), orienté(e) solutions et capable de travailler en autonomie dans un environnement dynamique ? Alors n’hésitez pas à candidater.

Payroll (Permanent Role based in Beaucouzé)

We are seeking an experienced Payroll to join our International Payroll  Shared Services Payroll team.  

This role will initially lead French payroll operations and play a key role in payroll implementation, change management and ongoing compliance. The role will also offer future development into other international payroll responsibilities.  The role is based on-site in Angers, France.

As our Payroll Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by:

  • Leading French payroll operations for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Managing, mentoring, and developing one direct report.
  • Overseeing payroll system implementation, data migration, and integration in collaboration with IT, HR, and external vendors.
  • Acting as the French payroll subject matter expert, advising on local requirements and best practices.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to validate payroll inputs and establish strong operational controls.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to support efficient payroll operations.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive payroll documentation, procedures, and training materials.
  • Overseeing statutory filings, DSN declarations, insurance, sick leave administration, and maintaining strong relationships with social organizations.
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance with French payroll legislation and company policies.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and enhanced service delivery.
  • Supporting payroll operations for additional international countries as required.
  • Managing all aspects of French payroll accounting and related financial processes as an integral part of the role.

What we will love about your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ hands-on experience in French payroll, including implementation and operational management.
  • Experience as team manager and/or supporting payroll for multiple countries is a plus
  • Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Silae, Kelio, ADP) and Microsoft 365/Excel.
  • Fluent in both English and French (English is essential).
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, change-driven environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
