About this role

 

Technical Service Coordinator with previous customer service experience needed on-site in Kenosha, WI.

 

 

Job Duties

  • Interfacing with customers via phone and email for incoming door parts inquiries
  • Generation of quotes 
  • Process warranty parts requests
  • Act as liason between customers, technical service and warehouse
  • Maintain working knowledge of product configurations and identification 

 

What we are looking for:

  • Associates’ degree or equivalent experience in customer service, technical support or parts processing
  • Two+ years experience in a parts sales, order processing or technical customer support
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 programs, CRM and ERP/JDE strongly preferred
