ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences LLC seeks a motivated Senior Data Analyst (Salesforce) with an active Secret clearance or higher to support SEC’s Low Code / No Code modernization initiatives. This position will leverage the power of Salesforce to streamline workflows, enhance analytics, and improve Army decision-making through data-driven insights. This position works as part of a collaborative, multi-platform Low-Code Center of Excellence (LCCoE) team that includes Appian, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Power Platform, and Army Vantage developers. Team members share best practices, participate in Agile sprints, and support integrated modernization projects across the Army enterprise.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with Salesforce developers and functional experts to analyze large datasets, automate reports, and build dashboards that help leaders monitor mission performance and system health across the Army enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement reports and dashboards in Salesforce Lightning and CRM Analytics.
- Conduct data mapping, data migration, and data integrity verification.
- Partner with developers to support Flow, Process Builder, and custom data models.
- Deliver actionable insights that improve user adoption and system optimization.
- Prepare analytic documentation and present findings to senior stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred or 4+ additional years of work experience in lieu of degree.
- 5+ years’ experience performing complex data analysis.
- 3+ years developing BI dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce Analytics.
- Proficient with SQL and SOQL.
- Active DoD Secret clearance or higher. Candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified App Builder or Administrator certification.
- Experience working in Army CRM or case management environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
