ASRC Federal Field Services LLC, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Program Manager to support the Eagle Command contact with NRO. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of the Eagle Command (EC) contract.
  • Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes.
  • Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.
  • Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and contract performance.
  • The Program Manager for the EC contract provides oversight and administrative guidance for: 
    • Facility Engineering Support with trade & skilled labor as needed for Surge Support
    • Custodial support performing all aspects of custodial services including but not limited to site cleaning, sanitation, trash removal, disinfection, and response to trouble calls.
    • Roads and grounds performance providing routine and seasonal responsive for outside maintenance activities to ensure the property meets aesthetic requirements and safe operational status. This includes but is not limited to snow removal, pest control, mowing, road repair, etc.
    • Security escorting support managing and assigning resources to projects and/or tasks administering the schedule for the internal cleared security monitor workforce. Establish a base cleared security monitor workforce to escort uncleared site services personnel.
  • Develops new business or expands the product line with stakeholders.
  • Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
  • Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from contract support and/or administrative areas.

 

Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a related or applicable field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
