About the Role
 

We are seeking a dependable and safety‑focused Logistics Specialist to support multiple project locations throughout the Baltimore metro area. This position is highly mobile—local travel within Baltimore accounts for approximately 90% of the role, and a company vehicle is provided. No out‑of‑state travel is required.

You will play a key part in ensuring that materials, equipment, and deliveries flow efficiently to active construction sites. This role is customer‑facing and requires regular coordination with our client, project teams, and warehouse personnel.

Candidates responding to this posting must independently possess the eligibility to work in the United States, for any employer, at the date of hire. This position is ineligible for employment Visa sponsorship.

 
What You’ll Do
 
Logistics Responsibilities 
  • Work onsite at multiple project locations across the Baltimore area.
  • Receive and verify daily deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate inventory logs and documentation.
  • Identify and report material discrepancies or delivery issues.
  • Collaborate directly with the client to support day‑to‑day logistical needs.
Driving & Delivery Responsibilities 
  • Safely transport equipment and materials to various project sites.
  • Maintain a spotless driving record; ensure full compliance with all driving safety standards.
  • Operate SUVs, pickup trucks, and small box trucks with competence and care.
 What You Bring

 Strong dependability, flexibility, and a safety‑first mindset.

  • Ability to work independently across multiple active job sites.
  • Comfort lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs when needed.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in electrical construction—particularly high‑voltage substation or transmission line work—is a strong plus.
  • Commitment to maintaining our Zero Drug Tolerance workplace.
 Education & Credentials
 
  • Must be local to the Baltimore area and able to travel throughout the metro region daily.
  • Must pass:
    • Criminal background check
    • DOT physical
    • Urine drug screen
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
