On the Finance team, we enjoy connecting with all Ash departments to support this industry-leading organization. The Senior Financial Analyst will be the go-to for all things supporting FP&A and serve as a financial partner to others across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll work to partner with various teams and leaders to support the evolving needs of our growing business. To be successful, you will:

  • Prepare incentive compensation calculations for the organization. Communicate results to applicable leaders and payroll for processing. Partner with leaders on plan creation, modeling, analysis, and documentation as needed.  Track plan participants and updates as needed.
  • Complete review and analysis of margin, revenue, and production data.  Prepare monthly reporting to share with leadership.  Support the Director, FP&A with monthly financial result meetings.
  • Complete monthly/quarterly/annual financial analysis.
  • Regularly perform profitability and margin analysis to aid in decision making.
  • Lead the annual budget process and compile the company’s financial plan.
  • Work with business leaders on annual sales/revenue forecasts.  Prepare regular forecasts for communication with leadership.
  • Assist with ad hoc financial modeling, analysis, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Leverage available technology (Excel, Power BI, etc.) to lead the creation of financial reports and dashboards.  Serve as the liaison with the IT and others to maintain current and develop new reporting.
  • Be comfortable leading upwards and making recommendations to decision makers.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting and 4+ years of experience are required
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience is required
  • Microsoft Power BI experience is preferred
