About the role
The Server position is a critical role within our Hospitality Team. Servers are responsible for creating
a welcoming atmosphere while providing exceptional hospitality and gracious service to every guest.
Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring each guest feels
valued and cared for.
What you'll do
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service
Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
Maintain a clean and inviting café environment
Assist with restocking and cleaning as needed.
Handle transactions efficiently with a positive attitude
Engage and communicate clearly with guests using the highest standard of hospitality.
Receive and apply feedback effectively, demonstrating adaptability.
Build strong interpersonal connections with team members of all skill levels.
Communicate clearly and effectively to inspire and align teams.
Foster an inclusive, high-quality café culture through thoughtful interactions
Qualifications
Serving experience required
Specialty Coffee experience a plus.
Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between locations.
Availability for nights and weekends.
Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and resourcefulness.
Self-motivated with a willingness to take direction.
Ability to stand for extended periods (~8 hours per shift).
The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating memorable
experiences.
