Overview:
Ascendance is looking for an experienced Shop Helper/ Driver to join our team. In this role you will perform general cleaning and maintenance to our Plover & Wi Rapids location, while transporting inventory as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Cleans the facility including breakroom, restrooms, offices, shop, and other areas of building according to Ascendance standards.
- Sweep, mop, and buff floors.
- Clears snow from entrances and walks, and spreads sand and ice melting chemicals.
- Performs grounds-keeping duties, clears debris and maintains grounds.
- Replace light bulbs.
- Sets up and breaks down chairs and tables for functions.
- Empties wastebaskets, picks up and removes trash from offices, breakrooms, shop, and other areas of the building.
- Shuttles employees and customers as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience.
- Ability to work in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow.
- Valid drivers' license with good driving history.
