Position Summary: 
Supports Beeson Center leadership by providing administrative, research, and programmatic support that helps sustain, evaluate, and advance emerging and ongoing initiatives of the Beeson Center.

Essential Functions:

Assist with research, benchmarking, and development of Beeson Center initiatives, including identifying best practices and areas for improvement. 
Support communication and administrative processes for the Beeson Center, including answering phones, responding to emails, receiving and organizing inquiries, and routing communication as appropriate. 
Assist with special projects for the Beeson Center, including events, online webinars, video recordings, and related logistical support. 
Conduct research related to grant opportunities, funding sources, and resources that support current and future initiatives. 
Provide general operational support to Beeson Center staff as initiatives are developed and implemented. 
Perform other duties as assigned by Beeson Center leadership.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 
Dependable, conscientious, and able to manage multiple tasks. 
Ability to perform light lifting as needed.
