Job Description:

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to be a part of the Corporate Human Resources team based at the Celgard Corporate Office in Charlotte NC. The Systems Administrator is responsible for administering, maintaining, and optimizing a suite of business-critical platforms that support operational excellence, communication, compliance, and customer engagement. This role manages TeamGuru, DocuSign, SharePoint, and internal communications tools, while also providing support to corporate communications, managing sample request workflows, and coordinating documentation for business critical internal and external projects.

This position will report to the Global Vice President of Human Resources.

Key Accountabilities

TeamGuru (Management Operating System) Administration

- Serve as system owner and subject matter expert for TeamGuru.

- Maintain user accounts, permissions, workflows, and dashboards.

- Ensure data accuracy and system integrity across KPIs, corrective actions, audits, and project workflows.

- Develop and refine templates, reports, SOPs, and training materials.

- Provide onboarding and ongoing support to system users.

DocuSign Administration

- Manage DocuSign templates, user roles, and routing workflows.

- Support legal, sales, HR, and operations teams with agreement setup and troubleshooting.

- Ensure compliance with signature policies and retention requirements.

- Optimize processes to reduce cycle times and improve usability.

SharePoint Management

- Administer company SharePoint sites including structure, permissions, and content lifecycle management.

- Develop new sites, libraries, and pages to support collaboration and document control.

- Work with department leaders to maintain organized, accurate, and accessible content.

- Provide end-user support and training.

Corporate Communications Support

- Assist with internal communications, content posting, and message distribution across approved channels.

- Collaborate with marketing on digital content updates and minor creative tasks.

- Maintain brand consistency and version control.

Project Support

- Manage the workflow and tracking system for customer sample requests.

- Coordinate with sales, production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

- Provide reporting on request volume, cycle times, and fulfillment performance.

- Communicate with customers or reps as needed to clarify requirements.

- Coordinate gathering, reviewing, and organizing required documentation for qualification and reporting.

- Maintain SharePoint or other repositories for compliance-related files.

- Support cross-functional teams in meeting deadlines and documentation standards.

- Assist with status tracking, checklists, and communication with internal stakeholders.

General OpExs  & Systems Support

- Troubleshoot user issues across supported platforms.

- Track and document system changes, requests, and permissions.

- Identify opportunities for workflow automation and operational improvements.

- Coordinate with external vendors and technical support when needed.

Qualifications

Education Background:
Bachelor’s degree required in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.

Knowledge & Experience: 

  • 3+ years of experience administering business software platforms.

  • Strong understanding of permission structures, system governance, and workflow design.

  • Excellent communication and training skills.

  • Experience working cross-functionally.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience with DocuSign administration or e-signature platforms.

  • Familiarity with continuous improvement or management operating systems.

  • Experience supporting sales operations or customer request workflows.

  • Experience with government incentive documentation or regulatory compliance processes (e.g., 48C).

  • Basic ability to create simple process maps, dashboards, or reports.

Travel:

Must have the ability to travel on occasion for training or visiting other company locations (<10%).

Working Environment

This position is in a general office environment 80% of the time. Work will require standing and walking for up to 20% of the time. You may be required to lift up to 35 pounds and/or push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
