The Americas Employee Capability team is hiring a Specialist who will administer, support and run reporting and analytics for regional development programs and talent initiatives. Success in this role requires you to be a proactive learner, have strong communication skills, and be highly organized and detail oriented.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Supports the delivery of employee development programs and global talent initiatives for the AMER region, including targeted outreach for enrollment-based programs and system setup and management of rosters, attendance, and entering completion data

  • Assists in measuring program results by creating reports, analyzing data and preparing presentations of findings to determine whether identified program/business goals have been achieved

  • Runs reporting and analytics, including use of pivot tables, to recommend program seat distribution across AMER leaders

  • Serves as a producer for Employee Capability-facilitated virtual programs

  • Participates in the ongoing review and improvement of programs including managing program survey dashboard

  • Acts as the central point of contact, via My Connect, for questions escalated to the team

  • Requests and maintains program collateral

  • Supports project work related to new talent development programs

  • Manages and liaises with digital learning vendor on custom programming requests

  • Works with manager and vendors to develop and maintain program collateral

  • For Guadalajara-located Employee Capability-led events, manages and oversees events on the day of, including problem-solving, directing event set-up, and communicating with internal and external partners

  • Provides planning support for Employee Capability-led events in other locations within the region including securing a venue, coordinating catering, and ordering materials

What We're Looking For:

  • HR Background and understanding of the area

  • Competency in MS applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, special focus on Excel abilities

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Highly organized and detail- and deadline-driven; able to work on several priorities with competing deadlines

  • Strong problem-solving skills - identifies opportunities and proactively suggests solutions

  • Process oriented/minded

  • Workday experience is a plus

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$24,808.33 - $27,500.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
