The ESG Support Officer provides hands-on support, coordination, and implementation of ESG-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal objectives. Your role will be pivotal in bringing structure to the ESG office and assisting in the smooth execution of projects and tasks across the business units.

Knowledge, skills and experience;
We’re looking for candidates with passion for sustainability and ESG, with commitment to personal growth in this field and prior experience in project management or administrative support, ideally within a corporate or ESG-focused environment.
Preferably, you will also hold a bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Business Administration or a relevant field.
Familiarity with ESG regulations and reporting frameworks such as CSRD, SECR, TCFD, IFRS S1, and IFRS S2 is advantageous.
Candidates will also:

• Be a confident and concise communicator with the ability to build established relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Show proficiency in data management and analysis, with a keen eye for detail.

• Show ability to collaborate amongst a team with eagerness to support colleagues around them and contribute to overall group success.
