The Role: As the VP of Live Casino Operations, you will lead our thriving online live casino division in UAE. We are seeking a visionary leader with a passion for operational excellence and hands-on experience in live casino management. As a core member of the senior management team, you will influence the strategic direction of our live casino offerings while ensuring world-class performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic Leadership: 
 
  • Lead and mentor Directors of Line Operations, Gaming Operations, and Facilities and Infrastructure management, ensuring strategic alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Architect and implement forward-thinking operational strategies that boost efficiency, innovation, and profitability.
  • Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the evolving gaming market.
Operational Excellence: 
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient running of live casino operations, setting high benchmarks for service quality and player satisfaction.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of operational excellence and innovation.
  • Define and uphold rigorous quality standards across all operational activities, ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Maintain active, hands-on involvement in daily operations, balancing strategic oversight with practical engagement.
People & Culture Management: 
  • Build a culture of empowerment, accountability, and collaboration across all operational teams.
  • Mentor senior leaders, driving their professional development and operational expertise.
  • Represent the operational teams at the executive level, advocating for their needs and celebrating their achievements.
  • Partner with senior leadership to enhance employee engagement and retention, fostering a supportive, inclusive work environment.
  • Promote open communication channels to ensure key information is shared effectively across teams.
Continuous Learning & Development: 
  • Advocate for ongoing learning and development within the team, ensuring employees are equipped with the latest industry knowledge and skills.
  • Identify key areas for staff training and development, aligning with the latest industry trends and operational needs.
Financial & Operational Oversight: 
  • Collaborate with the finance department to oversee budgeting and resource allocation for live casino operations.
  • Track and optimize financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies without compromising quality.
  • Implement knowledge-sharing initiatives, promoting the exchange of best practices to drive collective team success.
Crisis & Risk Management: 
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive crisis management and business continuity plans, ensuring rapid and effective responses to potential disruptions.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to safeguard operations from threats such as technological failures or external disruptions.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: 
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with marketing, product, and technology teams, ensuring an integrated approach to service offerings.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, contributing to overall business success.
Requirements: 
  • Extensive experience leading large-scale operations, preferably within the gaming or live or land based casino sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling high-performance teams.
  • Strong strategic mindset, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable operational strategies.
  • Experience in overseeing complex technical projects and implementing technology-driven solutions.
  • Data-driven, with the ability to translate analytical insights into operational improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate a dynamic and evolving industry landscape.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
