ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for someone who genuinely loves working with numbers, Excel, and data, and is curious to learn how data supports HR and people decisions. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to grow into HR analytics and People & Culture.
 
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Maintain and update HR data in Excel and HR systems.
  • Prepare regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, absences, recruitment data).
  • Support the creation of dashboards and tables for HR and management.
  • Work extensively with Excel (tables, formulas, filters, pivots).
  • Check data for errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
  • Help improve data structure and reporting templates.
  • Assist in analysing trends in hiring, attrition, and engagement.
  • Support HR team with ad-hoc data requests.
  • Learn how people data is used for decision-making and planning.
  • Support HRIS and Power BI systems with data updates.
  • Help ensure data confidentiality and compliance.
  • Document basic data processes and reporting logic.
 
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
  • Education: Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or another relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years in data & analytics.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and execution skills.
  • Tech-savvy and confident working Excel.
  • Fluent English is essential; additional languages are a strong advantage.
