Purpose of the Role:


The Downtime Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all downtime  activities across the live casino studios in Bulgaria and other assigned hubs. The role includes ensuring that all maintenance and operational interventions are completed within scheduled  timeframes, overseeing cross-hub alignment, training new team members, and maintaining high  standards of quality, safety, and compliance.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains accurate downtime schedules in collaboration with the 
    Compliance Manager.
  • Coordinates all downtime phases, ensuring that support teams (AV, IT, Facility, GED, Risk, 
    QA) complete tasks within defined timelines.
  • Supervises studio reopening after maintenance, confirming readiness with OCR and QA.
  • Provides training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer for Downtime Specialists and new 
    employees.
  • Monitors live tables and studio performance weekly, escalating issues requiring urgent 
    action.
  • Ensures traceability of all downtime activities through accurate and timely reporting.
  • Communicates effectively with all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring adherence 
    to SLAs.
  • Supports continuous improvement and process optimization across all downtime 
    operations.
  • Participates in monthly reporting, performance evaluation, and KPI analysis.
  • Travels to other hubs when required to support alignment, audits, or special projects.

  • Maintains confidentiality of operational and technical information.
  • Uses company equipment and resources responsibly and exclusively for business 
    purposes.
  • Complies with occupational health and safety requirements and reports any incident or 
    risk immediately.
  • Always upholds a professional image, following company dress code standards.

Authority of the Job

  • Coordinates all downtime-related activities and interventions during maintenance 
    windows.
  • Uses company-approved tools, systems, and reports to track, validate, and close 
    downtime operations.
  • Can make on-site operational decisions within the limits approved by the Head of Downtime Management.

Knowledge:

  • English (advanced).
  • Excellent PC literacy (Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, reporting tools).
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication and conflict-management skills.
  •  Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Adaptability to multicultural environments.
  • Personality Traits: Discipline, initiative, motivation, attention to detail, teamwork orientation

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based role with frequent presence in studios and coordination during live 
    operations.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 / 10:00–19:00 (depending on planning).
    Flexibility required for occasional night interventions or extended hours during major downtime phases.
  • May be required to travel and operate in other hubs (Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Colombia, Brazil, 
    etc.) whenever needed.
  • Office attire is mandatory.
