This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all IT helpdesk requests received through tickets, chat, and email.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other end‑user hardware.
  • Troubleshoot and support finance‑related applications such as CaseWare, CCH, QuickBooks, XCM, and similar platforms.
  • Provide technical assistance for Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, VPN/Global Protect, and other business-critical applications.
  • Support users with password resets, MFA resets, account access issues, and general system configuration needs.
  • Log, monitor, and update incident and service request tickets within the ITSM system.
  • Prioritize issues based on urgency and business impact.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Level 2/Level 3 teams as per escalation procedures.
  • Document resolutions and contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledgebase articles.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for network-related issues.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of end‑user systems.
  • Support audio‑visual equipment for meetings and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of IT hardware, peripherals, and accessories.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding tasks including device setup, access provisioning, and equipment collection.
  • Ensure all IT equipment is properly maintained, patched, and updated regularly.
  • Deliver clear, courteous, and professional communication while interacting with end users.
  • Educate users on IT policies, best practices, and preventive measures to avoid recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with cross‑country IT teams to ensure smooth and consistent service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible for shifts
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support roles.
  • Solid understanding of:
  • Windows operating systems
  • Microsoft 365 applications and productivity tools
  • Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Basic VDI concepts (Citrix)
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, global and service‑oriented environment.
