This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Lifecycle Management:
  • Handle onboarding and exit processes efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS.
  • Payroll & Compliance:
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement.
  • Manage labor law compliance and statutory requirements.
  • HR Operations:
  • Administer HRMS and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support performance management processes.
  • Employee Engagement & Communication:
  • Organize and manage internal events and engagement activities.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication.
  • Policy & Process Management:
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards and legal frameworks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Event planning and execution experience is a plus.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Compensation: Commensurate with Industry standards
  • Other Benefits: Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Insurance, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. employment benefits depending on the position.
