This open position is for Armanino India LLP, which is located in India. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in end-to-end D365 FSCM (SCM modules) implementation projects.
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration documentation, and test scripts.
• Configure D365 modules according to business requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and ISV solutions.
• Support data migration activities including mapping, validation, and testing.
• Conduct UAT sessions, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Provide ongoing Level 2 & Level 3 support for clients on D365 FSCM.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive timely resolutions.
• Handle service tickets related to configuration, functional issues, enhancements, and business process questions.
• Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and process improvements.
• Serve as an escalation point for junior resources and assist them in solving complex cases.
• Build strong relationships with clients by delivering high-quality advisory and support.
• Contribute to internal process improvements, knowledge-sharing sessions, and practice development.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants.
• Participate in internal initiatives to enhance team efficiency and delivery excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, accounting, or related field—or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience implementing and/or supporting D365 FSCM.
• Strong hands-on experience with SCM modules: Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, Inventory Management, Advanced Warehousing.
• Basic knowledge of Finance (AP, AR, GL), Production, Master Planning, Asset Management.
• Experience working with ISVs, 3rd-party add-ons, FSCM customization tools.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate.
• Additional D365 FSCM or SCM certifications are an advantage.
