Global Procurement at ARJO oversees all activities, quality and expenditures within our global supply chain, including components, raw materials, semi-finished and finished products, and third-party items. Our goal is to maintain high quality and the industry’s most responsible, agile, cost-efficient, safe, and compliant supplier base through strong partnerships and shared risk-taking, ultimately creating a more efficient and resilient supply chain that adapts to the dynamic demands of the global economy. 

We are now looking for a new colleague for Arjo Global Procurement and reporting to the Manager Procurement Project Office. 

As Procurement Lead you will be responsible for: 

• Serving as an active core team member in New Product Development (NPD) projects.  

• Leading the planning and execution of procurement activities throughout the NPD lifecycle—from pre-study to implementation—ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and budget.  

• Providing procurement status updates at each gate review stage of NPD projects.  

• Ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement across all project phases.  

• Monitoring project and program performance, and delivering regular status reports to Management and the Project Office.  

• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating procurement-related risks throughout the project lifecycle.  

• Contributing to the development and implementation of project management methodologies, standards, tools, and processes.  

• Guiding and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve procurement-related project goals.  

• Ensuring procurement deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.  

• Managing project and program budgets with a focus on financial control and value creation.  

• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in procurement and project management practices.  

The skills you will need: 

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, business administration or related fields 

• Good knowledge of Business and Procurement processes in global environment 

• 5-10+ years of Procurement experience in a corporate setting 

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Lead 

• Strong knowledge of project management 

• Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities,  

• Fluent in English 

• PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus 

• Experience from leading projects in international organization
