You will own the full cycle recruitment process for our clinics from sourcing specialized talent like radiation therapist medical assistants patient service reps and nurses to mid-level physician placements you will act as a bridge between our hiring managers needs and the career goals of professionals you recruit.   Duties and responsibilities Full Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end hiring process including sourcing screening, interviewing and negotiating offers for clinical administrative staff. Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed and many other social media sources and niche medical job boards to build talent pipelines for hard to fill roles Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with clinic directors to understand specific team dynamics and staffing requirements. Candidate Experience: Ensure a “White Glove” experience providing regular updates and guidance to candidates throughout the interview funnel. Onboarding Coordination: Partner with HR to ensure all credentialing background checks and license verifications are completed accurately before start dates. Market Analysis: Stay updated on healthcare compensation trends and competitor offerings in the local market.   Why Join Us? Technical Skills: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office suite Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare regulations EG HIPAA state licensure requirements. Soft Skills: Strong negotiation persistence and the ability to build rapport with diverse personality types.
