Job Description:

We are excited to recruit a motivated and passionate Hospitality Intern for summer of 2026 at our Brillion, WI locations! This support role is perfect for those eager to dive into the world of hospitality and make a real impact.

THE DAY TO DAY…

  • Ensure cleanliness of work areas

  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

  • Follow cash handling procedures

  • Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms

  • Ensure compliance with brand standards

  • Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner

  • Be environmentally aware

  • Strive to achieve departmental targets

  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

  • Able to work in all areas of Food and Beverage including Bar and Events

  • Consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service

THE QUALIFICATIONS…

  • Must be enrolled as a student at an accredited college pursuing a degree in Hospitality or similar field highly preferred

  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

  • Ability to work on your own or in teams

  • Positive attitude

  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service

  • Flexible work schedule which will include nights and weekends
