JOB SUMMARY:
A Lead Consultant at Argano is a highly experienced professional in the consulting family responsible for managing mid-to-large size client engagements and contributing to the growth and development of the consulting practice. Their goal is to help clients optimize their technology infrastructure, processes, and strategies to achieve their business objectives more efficiently and effectively. Lead consultants work with security, data management, crisis management and should demonstrate exceptional knowledge of technology to deliver quality work that will drive customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team. This position requires module expertise in the following modules: Time and Labor and Absence Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Align client’s existing business process and procedures with validated HCM Cloud methods to solve client needs
- Apply functional knowledge and expertise, working in collaboration with technical consulting team, in the implementation of business-aligned and driven Oracle Cloud solutions
- Lead clients in workshops to formulate functional business requirements and align them to Oracle Cloud functionality and overall solution delivery
- Identify requirements and design gaps and develop solutions to align with overall solution delivery
- Configure the Oracle Cloud environment to meet client requirements and design and document application set-up
- Advise clients on options, risks and any impacts on other processes and/or systems
- Manage scope and client expectations for your module
- Identify project risks and communicate appropriately with project team to avoid and mitigate potential issues
- Manage project team members through the lifecycle of a project. Review and provide coaching and feedback on design, configuration, and documentation
- Lead and support clients with the execution of test scripts
- Participate in internal forums for training, teamwork, issue resolution and innovative design
- Be leaders with a vision in the Oracle Cloud space with innovative solutions around the product
MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.) expected.
EXPERIENCE:
- 5 - 10 years of Client Services experience or in related field.
- Module-specific experience in Time and Labor, and Absence Management.
- Demonstrated experience in understanding business practice concepts in your modules of expertise.
- Track record of building long-lasting relationships with your clients
- 3 full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Ability to understand fundamental system design and purpose.
- Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Oracle certified in your modules of expertise.
- OTBI, HDL, HSDL, BIP, Visual Builder Studio, and FastFormula
- Redwood implementation and upgrade experience highly preferred
- Ability to manage/deliver projects, including experience planning and estimating.
- Validated ability to support sales as Subject Matter Expert
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of challenges commonly faced by client and support teams.
- Ability to work well autonomously and in a team environment.
- Ability to effectively manage priorities and multiple clients.
- Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities.
- Experience Leading and managing mid-size client projects independently.
- Experience providing complex solutions to clients.
- Extensive expertise in multiple technical domains and IT knowledge.
- Proven track record of successful project management and client satisfaction.
