JOB TITLE: Lead Technical Consultant
As a D365 Retail Technical Lead, you will play a critical role in providing technical leadership in D365 Retail projects. The main responsibilities include to ensure adherence of best practices and coding standards, offer mentorshipto build high performing technical teams, collaborating with functional and business teams to achieve project success, own technical aspects such as architecture, design, development, issue resolution, data migration, performance optimization, integration of D365 Retail with other systems.
Requirements:
-Graduation in any discipline
-At least 6+ years’ experience in POS Development and D365 Retail implementations.
-Strong expertise in D365 Retail customization, configuration, and integration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.X++ knowledge.
-Familiarity with retail industry processes, including point of sale (POS), inventory management, and supply chain.
-Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills.
