You’ll work directly with enterprise clients to design, configure and implement solutions that align with their business goals and technical landscapes.</p><p>This isn’t just about delivering projects, it’s about enabling customers to become self-sufficient, ensuring they can use Ardoq to drive continuous value long after the engagement ends. You’ll play a key role in customer retention and satisfaction, working alongside Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success to make sure Ardoq becomes a trusted partner in their transformation journey.</p><h3><strong>On a typical day, you will</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Lead professional services engagements, from scoping to delivery, ensuring successful adoption and measurable outcomes<br></p></li><li><p>Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to map challenges, define outcomes, and shape path-to-value using Ardoq<br></p></li><li><p>Guide customers in configuring Ardoq to align with their enterprise architecture practices and transformation initiatives<br></p></li><li><p>Deliver training and coaching that builds customer independence and confidence in the platform<br></p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success to scope and position new services opportunities and contribute to Statements of Work<br></p></li><li><p>Share field insights with Product Management and Engineering to help shape future product improvements<br></p></li><li><p>Contribute to internal delivery playbooks and continuously improve tools, techniques, and processes within Professional Services<br></p></li></ul><h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3><ul><li><p>5+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, SaaS consulting, or a related discipline<br></p></li><li><p>Strong consulting skills with the ability to understand customer business processes and translate them into technical solutions<br></p></li><li><p>A solid understanding of IT architecture, including both physical infrastructure and logical IT ecosystems<br></p></li><li><p>Proven ability to design and interpret complex diagrams, models, or reporting for enterprise environments<br></p></li><li><p>High degree of business acumen, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and driving alignment across business and IT<br></p></li><li><p>Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and build trust<br></p></li><li><p>AI fluency: curiosity and practical use of AI tools to improve problem-solving, solutioning, and delivery outcomes</p></li></ul><h3><strong>About Ardoq</strong></h3><p>Ardoq is a bold, caring and driven SaaS company that’s redefining enterprise architecture - turning static diagrams into dynamic, real-time blueprints that empower smarter, data-driven decisions.
